Ahhh they way you have it I would be able to live with that. I would take the carbon fiber off. Go to gm get new bold. get some draglites wheels. Add a cam. Take it somewhere and get them to remove all of the srface scratches. And clean the motor. Thank think looks like it has about. 120k and you live on a dirt RD. I really dont see the car looking that bad. Go get the part that is missing from the mirror and have someone clean the interior as well. I would keep it but that is my answer. It just needs some Love...thats all.

Just for comparison i bought an 01 ws6 with 38,000 for 16,500 off ebay in june. I have seen some go for cheaper but don't jump on the first thing you see. Look around and see what they are selling for. 15,500 for 50k sounds about right.

If you are unhappy with your car and want a change, you won't be happy until you go through with it. Upgrade to the SS if you know you can take care of it and keep it from ending up where your current car is

I say go for the SS, but look around frist. I bought a 01 SS Navy Blue Metallic with 50,000 miles for 14,700 here on LS1tech. With aftermarket heads, cam, exhaust, wheels some suspension work and a nitrous kit not installed. And the guy i bought it from payed for my plane ticket to go pick it up.

my opinion.... some of those things you mention about your car are things that most cars have.. wery few cars are spot on perfect, you got a low milage 01 ls1 camaro.. make the car out of it that you would like to own.
when i found my car.. it was the uglyest lsx car that i've ever seen, bone stock Zon orginal rims, with hitch ball, but itw was a -30k milage, m6 and well taken care of, so i looked pass the look,
its so easy make those cars look awesome, i thrwed a SS spoiler and rims on mine and it was another car..
start modding your car.. and you will love it

i mean nice color, tan leather, non t-top, you got such a good car to make something out of, and that car looks like an nice axample, non of the things you listed are big deals, its just has to go to the paint shop for a little make over, crs just do that after some time,
little paint make over, cam ,stall converter, TB intake, and SS rear wing, you you are goin to love that car..
