I don't think I've ever actually scared my dad though (at least not enough to show it). We've been sideways, gone a little over 50 on a turn with a recommended speed of 15, 90+ on highways. I might have got him one time when I spun the tires in reverse, then proceeded to spin the tires in first and second coming up to a nasty turn, hehe. He got me one time though when he spun the tires in our garage...I flipped out, lol.
It might be easier for you if you just drive slow and obey traffic rules when you're with your parents though. You don't want them worrying about you and not wanting you to drive and stuff.

But I'm definitely going to obey everything she says for the next 9 months until I get to the road test =D

Lol, I guess I'm not a typical teenager. I have had my car since a week before I could get my license and am still alive and have 0 tickets and got into one fender bender when a jackass cut my off and stopped before I could react. All it takes a little maturity and you'll make it. I went from driving a Avalanche and Equinox when I had my permit to this car and it wasn't that bad switching from them to my car.
Oh yea I've had 1 street race in a year and a half of driving this car, and that was partly influenced by reading stuff on this site.

[QUOTE=Prerun4fun13;7865224]Im 18 and got my car when i turned 18 so i have had it for less than a year. But i had 2 vehicles before my camaro and im glad i did because i would have killed my self in my car when i was 16.
same here i had a bmw with a lil under 200 hp when i was 16 and wrecked it, then i had like 4 trucks, then i made my way to fbodies. im 18 and im gettin my 2nd fbody here in a couple days. my frist one got rearended and totaled out

To the OP, Haha, take it easy, sounds like you are really excited. Driving the 3000GT was a big difference from your mom's sentra, but driving the LS1 is a bit step up from the 3000GT. Also, driving a RWD car is MUCH different than driving a FWD car.

What's the difference?
He's saying that it's supposed to be Drove an M6, not Drive an M6...my fault on that part but not really a big deal.
Yeah, I'm pretty cool now....Now it's just a fast car for me
You talking about his use of the word an instead of a? If so, he's correct, and you are wrong. M6 or M5 is pronounced "eeeemmmm" starting with a vowel, so the use of an is correct, not that it should really matter that much

Headers are a replacement exhaust part for your stock exhaust manifolds. Heads are cylinder heads that house the valves. Air goes through em, and exhaust comes out of them, into the headers or exhaust manifolds. HUGE difference.

Haha, stupid me, I didn't even notice that. Oh well.
