With every single option (leather, wheels, etc.) except TCS, its a good deal.
With the way people over-price these vehicles from the start, I would take a good test drive. I am probably a little suspicious because this one starts at a reasonable price.

You'll need credit I don't think your 98 or 99 Blazer will go to far towards covering the newer F. I don't think you sound like the type that's paying cash, but bluff. Tell them it's a cash sale. Contact your credit union know what the interest rate is.
If you think the car won't go wait until the end of the month. In the car business you're can be a hero one money everyone starts at 0 the next month. Your sales associate might be one car away from a big bonus. Go back and make your offer to the sales manager. Show them some cash..
