Default What do you expect an 97-00 Corvette 6spd to be worth next year?

I'm debating whether to buy a 00-02 LS1 fbody 6spd or wait a year to buy a Corvette. Does anyone think that 97-00 Corvette's will be worth 13k-15k next year with decent miles? My price range now is 11,000ish. Im thinking of waiting a year if Corvette's will be in my price range before I graduate. What do yall think Corvette's will run for next year 97-00? Thanks

I think that all but the most spanked C5s are going to bottom out at $15K. The good news is that you should be able to get a pretty pristine 1997-2000 for just under $20K next year. The 2008s are making quite a stir and lots of C5 owners are upgrading...

I was thinking 97-00 M6 vette with less than 90k miles next year. Id like to pay 15-17k. If not my price range for a m6 Fbody would be 11k if I bought now. Just trying to decide whether or not to wait...sorry I was brainstorming last night drunk so I just posted this thread without thinking much ha.

I found a 2002 M6 SS loaded with t-tops and 80k miles for $9k...Id buy the f-body, mod it, and enjoy the back seat.

I just sold my 01 SS to get a Vette. There are some good ones out there you just have to look. You can get a 01 Z06 for under $25k

The '01 Z06's seem to be a good value these days...in the less than $25k range. If you want to build a Vette that would be a good starting point because most people who want a stock C5 Z06 sill go for an '02-'04.

Well even if I waited a year any Z06 would be out of my range...probably 15-18k for a C5. I'm thinking to just go with a 98-02 F-body M6 for 11-12k. I just haven't seen many good deals on F-bodies in my area now..still looking.
