Ready to start new motor

Ready to start new motor Hi guys. This if my first post if any one cares. I just got my new Texas Speed 408 in my car and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is anything special I need to do to the computer or anything else before I try to start is. TSP set my computer up for 36lb injectors to keep from washing the rings out with the stock tune but that is all that has been done to it. This is my first EFI project and I have alot to learn. Let me know something that I have probably forgot to do or just didnt know to do. Thanks. I love FAT girls and Little Debbies.
