You apparently have moisture causing an electrical short. Get some dielectric grease to seal connections. I had a car act like this until I took the plug wires off and put dielectric grease on the leads. You may need to coat the PCM connectors also, as suggested by RE and CHERYL.

when i spray my engine i always take the air compressor hose and go over each connector until they are completly dry. i know not everyone has it but i feel its that important.
