jus Ported my tb and the throttle sticks a little

did you guys fill the idle air passage then drill it ?

I did, and if you have a cam it needs to be drilled to 3/8"
and not the smaller holes you may see recommended in
some of the older How-To writeups.

For sticking blade, try loosening the blade screws slightly
and let the throttle snap shut (self-centering the blade)
then tighten in place. Then use the stop-screw to keep
the blade from resting against the casting, quite.

there suppose to be a certain size to for the holes ?
do u mean the hole in the throttle blade ?
