Damn Movers Hit My Car!! Yea,.. thats right,... they hit it and took out my side view mirror. My neighbor is move'n out and he hired some 5th rate movers to do the job. They tried do'n a 5 point turn with the moving truck and struck the car in the process. No note. I only found out because my nosey *** neighbors saw it happen. The one time them being nosey worked out to my benifit instead of annoying me.

That sucks man. Felony hit-and-run! 
I'm sure the movers will say "since we have such a large truck we didn't even notice hitting the car..." Yeah, right.
Is it a moving company? If so, that will work out for you.

ahhh dudes,... best part was that after I posted this.... I went on a frig'n rampaging hunt for the neighbor. I found him and spoke to him about it. He said that he hired some guy to do the move job and didn't know anything about it but he'd gladly give me their number to talk to him about it.
So called,... guy went all shaddy armo on me on the phone. (Nothing personally against armenians! I like armo girls but the guys sometimes ,...especially the older ones get on my case.........anyways)... So we get into it a bit. Then he shuts his trap when I say that a neighbor saw the whole thing. Says that he'll come on down this morning to take a look at it. So he shows at 9 am on the DOT!! I get out there and he says,... "so a neighbor saw us hit it huh?"... I tell him yes and ask him why he didn't atleast leave a note. He says "My friend, I thought we ran over one of the tree branches on the ground when we heard the 'CRACK' sound. My friend,.. we did not know that it was your car." ... I imagined that CRACK sound in my head and I suddenly wanted to kick my new "firend" in the cubes!!
He then askes,.. "My friend how much are these mirrors?".. I say that I don't know. He adds ..."My firend,.. on my handa it cost me 40 'dallas to fix,.. I'll give you 50 dallas cash for you to fix and we good." Ooohhh mama,... I wanted to kill him!! I gave him that look you give someone just before you curb-stomp em and said "ARE YOU ******* KIDDING ME?! ... ARE YOU TRYING TO **** ME OFF AFTER YOU HIT MY CAR AND DIDN'T LEAVE A NOTE?!!!

He got freaked out and sad that we should stop by his buddy's body shop and check. So I follow him there and I decide to call the dealership and find out. They say $164. We pull into the body shops driveway and he goes to talk to his buddy. Buddy says,.. "General Motors,...****!"... then looks at his friend and says "Dealer ONLY part!" I then say "I called the deal on the way here and they said 164" . My "friend" wasn't too happy!

So he had his guy put the order in... but unless these two are really good friends,.. he's still gonna have to pay for paint and labor on the part when it shows up. so he's look'n at more like $250 at the end.

my ex used to make jokes about that years back that I would get really PMSy and that it was like I was on a rampage when I got upset. ... Thats actaully when I started using that as my handler name....lil inside joke I guess!

.... Yea,... seriously,... After I left the body shop I got a call some 3 hours later say'n that they had the mirror. Got down to the body shop and it looked like it was parted out from another blk T/A. .... Not sure if I wanna know how they got it that quick!
