the numbers obviously dont stand for the number of cylinders..z06 is not 6 cylinders and the z11 is not 1 or 2 cylinders

So I don't retract all my statements, but heres the rest of the explanation. It is only in the case of z2ζ where ζ can be any number of cylinders. The 2 stands for 2 valves per cylinder, and when you multiply those two times Sean's constant (∞), z, you get the potential out of the car, and because 8 > 2 and they are directly proportional a z28 is capable of 6.022 x10^23 times more everything.

Yeah, often times I get bored so I thought I would show you what my calc professor told to our class. That is actually what todays class was about. And its really strange that he used Sean's constant, because my name also happens to be Sean, lets just say my car and me were destined to be.

No it only works in the case of z2ζ where ζ can be any number of cylinders. So unless there is 1 valve per cylinder than that is irrelevant. And I was joking.

This entire thread has become irrelevant to any sort of factual discussion. And I'm not joking.

I think the 28 stands for how awesome the LS1 is on a scale from 1 to 10.

I'd have to agree. They must have been predicting the future back when they put it on the first gen camaros.

my old monte carlo was a Z34 and had a 3.4L engine in it, my buddy had two different lumina Z34s, actually one was a euro 34 both had the same crappy *** engine as mine, the dreaded 3.4L DOHC V6, but damn were they ballsy. also the Z24s i think most if not all had a 2.4L engine.
