Default Roof Replacement Question

Interested in hearing from anyone that had there roof replaced on their late model Camaro due to the bubbling paint problem. Is there any alignment pins or holes that need to match up when the new roof goes on or is it simply a matter of lining up the panel correctly before the adhesive dries? Just need to know if the roof will only fit in one spot or if its possible to misalign it.

Thanks

Yes it can go on wrong. Had mine done and they put it on a little too far to the rear. The roof left a little gap between the roof and the t tops and water poured in there when I washed. Took it back and they removed it, realigned it and it was fine.
