wheels or tires? or wheels + tires?

for bare tires, just band two together and ship UPS/Fedex. For bare wheels, box 'em individually and ship UPS/Fedex. For wheels+tires, might want to go freight.

UPS will charge you more if they aren't completely enclosed in cardboard or another approved shipping material.

wrap them in the cellophane, thats how i ship mine through fedex. Sometimes they will **** up and give you an awesome deal. A set cost me $110 on time, and the next time an identical set cost me $26. explain that one. I get diff answers and diff prices everytime i go back, i dont think anyone there knows what there doing lol.

Just cut out cardoard circles, tape them on both sides, and wrap everything in tape. Go to the main UPS shipping building (not a retail location) and ship them. FedEx won't take them like that.

Fedex here takes them like that. From what i've seen it's also cheaper sometimes to put 2 wheel/tire combos in a box than it is to ship all 4 seperately.

I wouldn't trust UPS with the wheels myself.... they'd find some way to bang them up.

DHL is how I ship. Rates are great and I've never had anything damaged by them.

Shrink wrap those mothers and send them on their way. I've always dealt with UPS and it's always been like 60 bucks for a set of four tires

From what Ive seen FedEx will let you ship the tires without being boxed. As for teh rims, I wouldnt ship them without a box anyways. Fedex is usually cheaper than UPS.

I've never shipped any rims or tires. When I got my rims, they were boxed individually, but they were taped together and shipped as two units. Good idea and shipping was 60 bucks total through ups.
