6g's for an LS1 T/A with 105k miles sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Depending on the work that needs to be done. Define a little work.

what area does it need attention in? interior, engine, suspension..or just overall...im sure you can talk the guy down to 5500 or 5g with cash in hand no problem...you can always bring it someone to get a 108 point engine check or whatever it is called...

I say go for it, but yes try to talk the guy down. Main things you should look for is leaks, and trans slip. There will surely be normal wear items that need to be checked, such as brakes, tires, belts, etc... that you should check as well. My main concern would be the trans or rear axle, the engine is probably the cars strongest point....

thanks guys

in defining a lil work the exterior needs some brushing up but not much and the interior i would give like a 6 out of 10 cause the seats look kinda worn and i think one of the speakers is fried, but other than that she seems to be in good shape. Ima go drive the car on Sun cause i have to make a day trip outta it cause hes in P/A.
