Default Just bought at 95,000 miles now what?

I just bought this automatic 2002 ws6 and I have quite a few things lined up to have done but I am wondering what is recommended first for a car with higher mileage. I have no prior history on this car and I have no idea what was done to it. It seems to have a bit of a problem at idle, kinda sputtering. There is a sticker on the window that says the oil was change with mobil 1 5w30 a few months ago sticker says 12/6 or 97,000 miles should I go ahead and change it anyway?
I'm not sure where to go from here but my funds are limited so it will take awhile for me to get everything fixed. Also I was told the tranmission mounts are broken, it kind of jerks when taking off in first. Is this something I should take care of right away?

Talk to this user...98QuickSilver...he just bought my WS6 with 102K on it. I know he is having to do a couple things to it, but nothing major.

You might want to run a fuel sytem cleaner in your next tank of gas. I did that when I bought my WS6 and it seemed to help the idle.

Change the oil with German Castrol 0w30,

Change tranny fluid,

Change gear fluid,

change spark plugs and wires

Change fuel filter.

After all that that you should be good!
