it def. looks lowered. as for the bouncy ride, if they used cheap ebay springs or coilovers, it will bounce horribly. its also easy to cut the springs to lower it on these cars, if they really wanted be ghetto

I already posted on this, springs don't make the car bounce, its (lack of) shock rebound. You can have the best springs ever, but with shitty shocks the car is still going to bounce.
