Best place to install a cutout?

Again, the only way something is going to be hurt is if your car is belching fire...and, if so, you have bigger problems than where your cutout is

Mine was put in place of the cat, right behind the Y-pipe. Gives it a loud roar and I notice a decent power gain with it open.

Well I had my car up on jacks today and the wires already look toasty. Time for some heat wrap and a turndown...
