^^^ i agree with mike here. Your better off selling it here. White SS's are hard to come by in the first place, same as white WS6's. Both look sexy as hell i'd say you'd pull much more money here then trying to trade. Guys here appreciate a car like that for what it is~Cole~

ALL the 2002 Camaros were 35th anniversary models. Only a select few came with the special edition 35th package. Just like ALL the 97 cars had the 30th badge on the seats.

The limited edition 35th car (red one) also has two-tone black and gray leather seats with 35th Anniversary SS Chevrolet Camaro emblazoned on both front seats.

OK, let's try this again. All 2002 Camaros were 35th anniv Camaros. There was a special edition car that was the red with silver checkered stripes. Just like all 97 cars were 30th anniv Camaros. There was a limited number of special edition cars in white/orange stripes. You didn't get robbed, your car is a 35th anniv Camaro. It's just not a special edition car.

You paid around market value for the car at the time you bought it, I dont think you got hosed on the price. The trade in they offered you was an insult. I'll give you 9200 cash if your going to trade that for 9000.

Thats because you are trading it in...sell it privately or prepare to get nothing for your SS. Dealerships wont give you what its worth because then they dont make money when they resell it.

Every 02 I have seen has that plaque, because it is an anniversary year but not quite the special anniversary edition that was red with silver checkered stripes and special rims.21k is a bit high but my parents paid 20k for their 01 SS in 04 with 30k miles so its not too out of the question.

Not sure how many miles you're looking for or how much you want to spend, but heres some 35th anniversaries for sale. (I assumed you weren't looking for verts)

Even if you got "fooled" that is a very clean white SS which is a rarity.

I stopped and looked at what I thought was a 35th anniversery model at a used car dealer. It was red, had the stripes, wheels, ect. BUT, it had a Z28 spoiler which raised a red flag and some of the SS badges inside the car looked a little off. Salesman came out and found out it was a cloned v6 car. They wanted like 12 grand for it too I think.
