I think Ive been screwed
I've had my 02 SS for about a year and a half now. I bought it believing it was a 35th anniversary car because of the little plate above the stereo. It has leather seats power everything t tops of course but I dont think it was a special addition car. Pretty sure I got screwed, big hint then was that it didnt have the paint job. Mine is white and black but I was excited and jumped into the deal any clues or hints to look for. And yes I know that 2002 was the 35 anniversary, but Im pretty sure I paid the 35 anniversary addition price. So now I am trying to trade it in and cant figure out which option I should click on, Z28 Coupe, or 35 Anniversary Addition. Pretty sure its the Z28 Coupe with the SS package. I guess Im just checking my sources. I paid 21,425 with 31,000 miles on it back in march of 2006 Thanks.

Yeah thats what I was saying about it didnt have the paint job, figures it was a cheverolet dealership. I was so excited about buying it though. I jumped right into it. I still ahve my paper work for when I bought it I should go back and throw it in there face. Or trade it there and see if there like its not 35 anniversary and then so them the paper work thanks

There were no officially designated 35th anniversary Z-28's made (or V-6's); however, there were approx. 3110 designated 35th Anniversary SS's manufactured by GM and SLP. Everyone of them were red and came with the checkered flag decals on the hood, also a plaque on the dash.

^^Anything is worth a shot. But i would also look up more info. on the 35th anni. and wait for some responses. I'm not 100% sure on that. Also you could possibly look into a lawyer to see if anything is overdue and even worth fighting for?

yeah that what I figured, na nothings past due or anything, I just take the shot. I went to trade it a couple months ago and they told me 9000 was the best they could do for trade, i guess that was why. I appreciate it, thanks. Of course I took my keys and walked away
