will i damage something by driving with clogged cats???

wow i dident think some new headers and y pipe and motor mounts were going to cost about $550 im guessing im just going to gut em out! btw i never got a code for clogged cats!

I asked this in another post....if you gut the cats do you need a tune to keep from having the check engine light come on?

yea either u buy the simulators or u can tune them out (most preferred)

I am not sure how good it will pass smog here in cali, one thing to think of without cats.

I bought headers and run the hi flow cats without mufflers, it isn't very loud at idle or cruising, only under full thorttle and it passed smog

passed smog?? really ok lol please i need the type of cats ur using!! i am just going to gut the cats for a temporary fix till full headers, but i will like to buy the same type of cats ur using man!!
