edit: just saw your pics posted. Its got the ws6 wheels all around. Not stock on regular TA's.
thoes are regular 16x8 chrome ABS wheels.....not WS6 wheels....

After looking at the car in your pic, I'd say you have a base TA (the non WS6). For an 02, the WS6 wheels are a little more curved-in at the end of the spokes, the WS6 wheels are also tire size 275-40-17's. I have a set of 02 WS6 wheels on my TA. The front bumper, high-rise wing, and "sleek beak" hood = base TA.

Nothing to be ashamed of. The un-educated think our cars are slower than the "ram-air" ones. And you'll still get a lot of compliments and a lot more looks!

-also, on my insurance, the V8 portion of the VIN makes it simply a "ta/formula". So if its a firebird and its a V8, its either a Formy or a TA.

alright, i screwed up wallago and was looking at the window sticker from the dealership i got it from, the original window sticker says TransAm....how would the dealership i got it from not know that though...heres a pic for proof

yes those are the regular 16's.... so is this the regular T/A, and the Ws6 just has the ram air hood, rear bumper, wheels and slp options...all this could have been avoided if the dealership would have put the right name on the sticker in the first place, sorry for all the confusion... o and no it hasnt been wrecked, the car-fax report was clean.

Sorry but please get a trans am rear cover...it looks kinda out of place with the hatch, body kit, front cover, and not a rear cover.

Other than that, it looks pretty nice.

oops on the mixup about the wheels. Definitely 16's now that I gave them a 2nd glance. Not sure what I was thinking. Almost questioned the rear bumper, then took it out. Funny to read someone brought it up.
