Bought my LSX bowtie block at 23. I'm 24 now. If LM7 and LQ4 count as LSx engines then It would be 22.

I didn't vote in the poll because I don't have an LSX, but I do have an fbody. Got it when was 16, right after I got my permit. One thing I can say about these cars, is after learning to drive with one and daily driving it for 2 years, I feel I am prepared for anything. These cars give their fair share of surprises and handle poorly on many PA roads or at least mine does with 17x9's lol. I can honestly say that I think I'll be driving some type of fbody or zeta platform car for many years to come.

I was 18 when i bought my first car 87 Camaro 2.8L 5 Speed, then moned onto a 1991 Nissan 240SX 2.4 (obviously) 5 speedwhile my Camaro was down and out.. Then traded in the camaro for a 2003 Sable then sold that n bought my 95 Formy M6. Thats only my summer/nice days car so i bought a 04 VW Passat 1.8T 5 speed to drive in the winter. Once I sell the Passat, will hopefully buy something LSX Powered. Have fun with em guys n be safe out there.

Naw -- you're just forgetting that "kids" are the demographic that is the most connected to the internet, so internet forum poll results are going to be heavily skewed by that age bracket of 16 to 25 year olds.

Well you also have to realize this isn't a true reflection of the real market. Younger people are more likely to be posting on an internet forum.

Add one for the 50-59 age bracket. Have two now and love'em both. It's a toss-up between the M6 and the A4.
