hmmm..with that money lets see.
is the car a 6speed? if not get a stall, tires, gears, LCAs, and relocation brackets. wont be much left over after those.... but your car will be quite abit faster
if your car isnt auto then swap the stall with a tune after the stall and gears. then save for a cam

wake it up with a torquer cam from TSP. I used the Torquer 2 113 LSA with 3 degree advance with PRC double springs, titanium lifters and chromoly pushrods. Hopefully you can do the work yourself and save install monies. You can find install directions on site as well , not that hard but you gotta be patient. Good luck.

drag radials in the back?
well if you want.
if you dont want to beef up the suspension..
you can piece everything you need for a cam install. and if you can get good enough deals on everything and do the labor yourself. get a tune

You are going to have to lean toward one or the other more, those are polar opposites when it comes to car setup.
IMO your best bet will be getting some good shocks for starters, like Konis. Not only will your ride quality improve (think BMW) but your handling and chassis feel will be night and day difference. And you can adjust them softer in the front for better weight transfer when drag racing.
