I have come across a nice car, and was considering selling my T/A for it. I am 70/30 on keepin the bird, but was wondering what everyone else thought about it.
My T/A is an 02 WS6, M6 with T-tops. It has 27k miles and I am the second owner. Very clean, one ding in left rear quarter panel, but I am taking that out next week.
The other car is a 1997 Cobra. It also has 27K miles on it. The car IS ******* CLEAN. Not one ding/scratch inside or out. The engine is stock, except for a CAI. The exterior has a Steeda suspension (coilovers/RSB) and 03 Cobra wheels.
Owner wants 12,500 for the car.
Should I buy the cobra and sell the T/A?
Thanks

the SN95 stang is heavy, slow and has no bottom end. not to mention no sunroof or t tops.
i would keep the T/A. unless the stang is an 03 cobra.. it's nothing special.

I think I would stay with the T/A. I have had several older and newer mustangs even a couple of 2003 Mach 1. Now I have a 2002 ss 35th le and love it. I think the only mustang I would trade for would be a 03 or 04 cobra, and not for sure if i would do that.

to me the T.A along with the Viper are the Gods of the sports car world. When i get my hands on a T.A i will never part with it, especially not for a Mustang. If i was you id keep the T.A. IMO you'll regret gettin a stang over what you have now, but overall jus do what makes you happy.

Hard to believe you are considering such a trade.
....................................dude your car's a baby, you should start modding and really have some fun. Not that you would need to mod to put one of those cars to shame.

I thought that the T/A was the better car. Thanks for the responses.

and if you went to a ford forum most reasonable people on there would tell you the same thing. and you said it yourself the T/A is the better car. most would say the same thing if you were thinking about trading a low mileage 03 Cobra for a low mileage 95 LT1 Camaro. the T/A is the better car plain and simple regardless of which ones a GM and which ones a Ford
