Are you only looking for a WS6? I always browse around for T/A's and Z's... Let me know if you'd take a Z, I know of a couple M6's I could send you links to from around here.

Personally though, I think that's a screaming deal. But if you want a M6, I'd keep looking... trans swap won't be the easiest nor least expensive swap.. especially going from auto to manual.

There's 2002 SOM(its SUNSET not SUNBURNT) WS6 M6 in ohio that is for sale, the owner wants 16k though.
The car has 16000 miles with every option.

TOO BAD IT HAS A REBUILT TITLE =(

I'm looking to buy 02 WS6 M6, and there are many WS6s in the area. Im considering previously mentioned SOM ws6(it looks REAL clean) and 02' Dark Metallic Blue WS6 M6 with 79000 miles on it for 14k. I checked carfax report for both car, but SOM one is a ghost. It says it had an accident but doesnt really say what happened to it, on the other hand, latter one has clean title. Does it looks like it has been modified??

CORRECTION!
I just talked to the owner of BLUE WS6, we wants 13300 OUT THE DOOR, Should I buy it??? It seems reasonable to me.

I think its a great deal for someone else. If you want a M6 be patient and your day will come... Don't settle for anything less than what you want..

Just because that car you looked at has a clean title or a clean carfax doesn't mean the car hasn't been wrecked. He couldn't boughten it totalled from a private seller who had it payed off, fixed it, and is reselling it. If he's moving a few and most have rebuilt titles...I'd be weary.

Yeah I would wait for a M6. I would not mind however tearing up that car since im something you will have for a long time I think anyways you may as well wait for a M6 car.

DUDE the answers to your questions is. DONT even bother with buying a Automatic 4l60E simply because you would be better off buying a stick from the gate. Just look around also remember it would be easier to find a Trans am 6spd t-56 and buy a ws6 & badge.

wait your saying that the car in the pic above is the car the guy was selling??? Did he tell you that it is R titled?? If he didnt that sucks. Good call on not getting it. Sounds like your staying away anyhow. Wait for what you want. I did, and it paid off.

Does it looks like it has been modified??
It has headers as i can tell... the airbox sticker also gives that away... and if thats the case, it has a magnaflow catback as well. It still has the AIR emissions. Looks like it still has the stock heads. Lid and the STB. Thats all i can really see from a quick glance over. 79,000 miles for $14,000 is a tad bit in my opinion. I got my 1999 Trans Am for $9,500 before Tax and Title with 62,000 miles.

Why does everyone hate the A4?
I wouldn't say everyone hates it.. but unless you are a drag racer looking to shave every bit of time off of your ET... an M6 seems more fun. Manually downshifting into a lower gear and higher RPMs, hearing the engine roar and ripping through gears.. theres nothing like it in my opinion
