OEM Headlights so freakin expensive!!!!
I remember when oem was the cheaper stuff and now it's the other way around. $600 for a set of oem from year one, $300 for a pair on ebay, I haven't even checked the dealership yet. My only choices are halo's or something similar and I'm not a big fan of the halos. Maybe cause I haven't seen any on a NBM camaro yet. I'm still floored about the price though. I want power for that much money not looks, don't get me wrong, I like looks that add power also. Guess I might have to settle for the Halos if nothing arises. Anybody have pics of a NBM camaro with the Halos?

You could go with chrome halos, I have seem them and they look good on NBM. You could go black too, but I like chrome better unless they are on a black Camaro. Somebody should have some pics for you.

Yeah, I know what you mean on that. I'm not hesitant to pay a big price for something that is worth it, but never expected that much for some OEM's. Guess I'll call the dealership and see what they're wanting for them and go from there. Besides, I have heard of some problems out of the halos, ie improper fitment, melting, cracking, etc. Well I don't call it the MISTRESS for nothing, so I guess I'll spend some change on her lol. Thanks for the input guys and keep it coming. It's still a few more days til payday.

When I pulled mine out yesterday, (to sand and polish) I noticed the brackets were broken and one of the lenses were cracked. I can deal with a cracked light since I don't drive in the rain, but I can't stand some wobbleing headlights.

I think I've heard you can take the halo part out of those single halo headlights to make it look stock again. If this is true then it would be a cheaper alternative to get stock looking lights without paying OEM prices.

I'd find some used OEM ones from a board member on here. That's where I got mine. OEM, flawless, off of a car that had 10k miles and sat in the garage. Sunlight is what causes them to get all nasty.

As far as the OEM headlights you get what you pay for. OEM will always be the best fit.
