This is a link to the car we see driving around in northlake its a real cop too in active duty. texas has fast cars including the cops.
IIRC, that car has been retired from duty.

its a little easier when you start out with something that used to be a police car...im actually wanting to repaint it to where the top matches the bottom...the only thing this is missing to look like a police car again is white doors and the police logo

oh yeah...the stickers on the windshield were removed and the hood was replaced with an ss hood

I like the setup on this thing but how the hell is it spraying that much on stock fueling??????

This might just be for looks mostly guys. Still pretty neat.

I have a silver ex colorado B4C. Still having a hard time getting the glue from the decals off the passenger side.

Here are tons good examples to brainstorm.

Yeah I highly doubt that car would be spraying that much juice on a stock LS1 shortblock.
Could be wrong though, I knew of a LS2 C6 that was putting down 840rwhp on a stock shortblock.

yes it is...have you seen the beat the heat races at a drag strip...dont know if they are all police officers.... but it is funny when you are kinda in a hurry to get somewhere and doing 10-20 over the speed limit and everyone gets out of the way...

not to hijack but...

Why should/ would any police force need a Caddy XLR-V?

Does anyone else see this as a huge waste of tax dollars?

all of the Illinois camaro cop cars are stock looking, debadged, painted snowflakes, unmarked, hidden lights...they are sneaky around here.

They don't buy them. When a police force has a high dollar police car, they usually aquired the car through a drug bust or something similar. Instead of actioning off the car, they turn it into a police car. Then they usually use it for public relations purposes.
