I say do it!!! I have whelen strobes on my car in the front fogs and blinkers and in the back as well. They are bright and get the attention of drivers. I use them sometimes when peope are doing 50 on the GSP in the fast lane, they move over when I put them on. My car is a black TA with tinted windows so it looks fairly close to a patrol car-for the untrained person. But hey I would move over too if someone had strobes like that, these aren't the pepboys ones these are the real deal.

family restores antique cars. 1931 model a police car.
its got a kickass siren too. its pretty cool.
we had to get permission from the gov of MD to put police patrol on the side n back bc apparently its illegal to drive it on the road impersonating police cars.
haha and ignore me. prom 3 years ago.

Hell yea I say do it just for the hell of it. If you do it though make sure you do it right and get a strobe in every possible light. That way, when you punch it your car will light up like the 4th of July. I have wanted to do this ever since I bought my 99 cause it's black and 5% tint all the way round so it could really scare women and small children(more than usual).
