easily 20K worth of mods
2K = 9"
6K = H/C/I + (misc. valve train, oil pump)
2K = N2O
3K = suspension
2K = Exhaust (headers, TDs over axle custom)
2K = rebuilt t56 + clutch + Drive shaft
2K = Sound system
1K = miscellaneous (i.e. UDP, ls6 oil pump, gaskets, ext.)
1K = rebuilt shortblock after spun bearing.

Damn, that **** adds up.

About 75 cents in the cup holder, plus two bridge tokens.

Just in parts:
98 Formula = $8-9k already with about 10k to go.
95 Camaro = $1500 in bullshit
93 Camaro Z28 = budget build $750 with about $3-4k to go.

I'll be making some of it back though once they're running....

I put 12k into my T/A I sold a couple months ago. From appearance to speakers to performance. I have only had the Z06 a couple of months and have around 700, when I order the 1200 set of tires soon that total will go up. I am planing to be FI by next year so this total will be heading very high in the upcoming months.

yea... I am guessing that stuff is used. I have that much in my nitrous kit alone. I am assuming that the 3 grand includes all the odds and ends (oil pumps, timing chains, rockers, springs, valves, + installation).

3K for a cam swap!? You could get AFR heads and a cam with goodies for that price, who's installing that thing?

landonew, those parts would have to be the best of everything for 3K. No way that it could cost that much for a cam swap.

My heads and cam swap cost a little over 3k when all was said and done. Heads, cam, gasket kit, bolt kit, push rods, lifters, rockers, oil pump, timing set, tune, yada yada...it adds up.

Around 22k plus the 33k purchase of the car. But, my goal was to have a four-door Corvette ZO6 equivalent so I can put the kids in the back seat. I think I'm there but now I have to open a couple strip clubs so I can afford the mods on my next project - a new ZR1.
