Default BCM..questions

Ok, those of you who have removed this, how do you disconnect these things??? Do you even have to remove these things to begin with? Needless to say I'm a bit confused. Please help if you have any experience with the BCM.

At least you responded with something...I thought more people had experience with this. I figured out how to remove the actual module and have pulled it down but I still can't fully free it because the wires' on the connector all the way next to the door are in an awkward position and won't let me just pull it out. So I think I have to undo that one connector before I can get the whole sha-bang-a-bang out

Due to the dreadful lack of in-depth pictures, I figured I'd post a couple while I'm working on it...if anyone has any insight on how to remove the circuit board please respond.

So how did you actually get the BCM out? I'm trying to get mine out right now.

Yup. Same window and radio problem. Cuts out from time to time.

Out from where man? The plastic box out from under the dash, or the circuit board out from the box?
