I'd go with option one or three. Option one sounds like it's mystic teal, but I could be wrong. Option 3 is only better because it has an LS6 intake and it might be a little bit easier to get financed for if you have to take that route. Both option 1 & 3 are good color choices that you don't see often.
FWIW, I bought my 2000 A4 Z-28 2-3 mons ago for $9500 with 51k on it bone stock down to the paper filter and stock exhaust

I'd wait it out and find a better deal. I payed $6,250 for my Bright Green Metallic Z28 about two months ago with 70,000 on the clock and a clean title. Found her here on LS1tech in the for sale section.
Of the three, I'd pick the third, but would rather wait. There's plenty of these things out there for dirt.

I'd go with #1 because LS6 intakes are only worth $350 used, not a few grand. Also never forget, an LS1 is an LS1 is an LS1. They are all the same in the end, especially once modding comes into play. try talking them down in price too, the 99 can probably negotiated down another $1k.

between the 2002 and the 1999, 99 has a bigger stock cam.
granted, it isn't by much

i don't recommend buying a car that has been in an accident or has been neglected as you described.
thing is, 2002 will have the radio controls on the wheel if you're into that.
then there's that whole stigma about throwing down all that money on a car that was built 10 years ago.
personally, my 99 is kept better than most 2-3 year old cars i've seen. in my opinion, you're going to be good with any LS1 that has been well kept. but if it doesn't jump out and surprise you how great the car was taken care of, move along to the next one. you got enough pressure on you as the LS1 is one hell of a sweet talker once you start it up.

if those prices are firm... i would go with the first option...
if u could talk the guy down on the 2002, then go with that.
do not buy the crashed/fixed vehicle... esp for that price
EDIT... and my 98 firebird has steering wheel radio controls... not sure if its the same for the camaro's... but i never use them ne ways

otherwise, i'd go with the SS... i guess i'd have to see how deep the damage was, but i hate both of the other colors.

they all seem a bit high except for the last one. Im tryin to sell my 00 Z28, has some mods and a SS hood. asking 10 so IMO option 1 is too high. Sounds like nothing but trouble with option 2 since it was not repaired right.

damn $9800? i got my NBM 98 with 75,000 miles for $7500. dead stock perfect too. i say keep lookin bro.
