Default Lets see...

With the rise in gas prices, who will still drive their LS1 as a DD? I say "Aye" to that... too many kids around here who think they're fast.

It's the only car I got. I am also in college and work and pay for everything I own.

Gas isn't killing me and I drive my car everyday. Maybe because I don't have something like a house payment gas prices don't hurt me at all. All I hear are people complaining about it.

I really do not have a choice. Plus, if I sold my car I would probably buy an s4, so it would not save me any on gas...probably would be way more expensive lol.

LS1's get average gas mileage for most cars, I really don't see anything to complain about.

where is the crotch rocket option? i would be on a bike, ride the bus, or walk before i drove a JDM. most of those dont get as good a gas mileage as stock imports anyways.

I was DD the Camaro but now its offically $4.00 pg here for the good stuff... Just picked up a geo prism for $500 that gets 35+ mpg. Im only going to drive the Camaro on the weekends. The Camaro will suck up $100 a week easily.

I still DD my Firebird, I really don't have a choice. The other option is to DD my 16mpg Jeep.

I'm getting 23-24mpg with the Bird, which isn't horrible. I drive 60 miles a day, so no matter what I drive, I'll still be paying alot for gas.

We just have to suck it up. I've cut back on drinking and going out for dinner to try and offset the extra fuel cost.

What about the option: My car is a garage queen, screw gas prices.

Thats what I plan on doing pretty soon, but not really because of the gas prices but so the TA can stay at home and not risk getting damaged.

The poll should say DD car "As long as the weather is nice." Black cars are a pain to keep clean. I just got my permanent tags on Friday so I can get DOD stickers and drive to work as weather permits. (Naval base)

How about a poll asking whether anybody is tired of seeing the daily posts about gas price and its effect on everyody's driving habits and what not?

I daily drive mine, its not too bad. I spend about 38.00 for 3/4 of a tank. I don't let it get below 1/4 tank. A tank last almost 2 weeks as everywhere I go places are close too me.
