Stock being a homo and fix your car jk but seriously fix your hood you dont have to buy a OEM hood..Im sure you can find a aftermarket hood for decently cheap..then just buy a beater..The SS doesnt get to bad of gas milage anyway

Ya, I think all German cars are pretty high maintenance.

Audi's are only high maintenance if you let them be. the problem with a lot of people is that they buy these S4 bi-turbos and go drive them around and just shut them off. Now i understand it's a stock turbo and all but that doesn't make it immune to burning up. Audi's are some of the best engineered cars on the road, and if you know how to take care of a car you should have no trouble with euros. My buddy has a pair of Audi bi-turbos and a couple of older Porsches and i've yet to seem them garaged for repairs. A car is as dependable as it's owner.

I am sure I will but to get the hood fixed for it just to sit in the garage is not worth it. I am not one of those people that can let my car sit for months at a time.

If it is a stock S2000, I highly, highly doubt it.

Yeah, I know he is really big into imports. He thinks just about any import is faster than an american car.

Anyways, I think I might have problems selling my SS. I was hoping to be able to post it on here and sell it but the cracked hood and the past dmg steering rack seems to be a turn off. Not to mention that the dyno shows 350hp with all of those mods. I have no idea what the dyno is so low for a 12.2 car but I assume it is because they dyno was done with not all the mods currently on the car.

What about the new Cobalt SS's? They are 4-cyl turbos that get 30mpg. Impressive. And it still runs 13's.

In NJ that car would easily pull 14-15 grand. Really depends on your location. F-bodies are expensive in my area.

Yea and German cars are maintiance ******.... $1100 for a tune up on our S-500!
