I hope you have full coverage. One of the standard clauses of full coverage insurance is "uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage". This means your insurance company takes care of your damage immediately, then gets reimbursed from the other driver's insurance company. if the other driver is underinsured or uninsured, then you company sues them. But, first and formost, your insurance company should take care of you immediately. If not, I'd be shopping for a new insurance company.

When I park at wal mart I take up 4 (middle of 2 side to side, and middle of 2 front and back) just because some jackass will park right on top of me if i take ONLY two. I actually had some moron in a Neon SRT 4 park right on me when I parked this way so i deflated one of his tires for him just to be a nice guy.

I know how you feel b/c I just went through having an employee of mine back into the rear 1/4 panel and naturally no insurance. I wanted to kill her when it happened. It cost me $755 to have it fixed and she's making weekly payments to me. The only good thing to come out of it was they painted my hood that was still just gel coated for $250 and it came out great!!!

If I saw you parked like that i'd likely park right on you too. what makes your car god? 
we all have to live with parking our cars in parking lots, parking further away is one thing, parking like a idiot is another.

If you can get USAA (Military Only), then get it man. If I was in an accident at 11 p.m., and I told them it had to be fixed by midnight or my wife was going to turn into a pumpkin, they'd have a dude out there by 11 15 with a new panel and all the **** to fix it. They're amazing man.
Also, I just had some illegal pull a hit and run on my baby in a Wal-Mart parking lot and just take off. Made me want to come back from the Desert and start capping the mf'ing squatters.

That sucks, you got lucky you caught her.
I had something similar happen to me. About 3 months after I got my SS it was sitting on the street infront of my GF's house cause her driveway is to steep to for me to get into. Her neighbor was backing out and thought she had more room than she did and backed right into my front bumper/fender. Trashed my bumper, fender, head light, and fog light. Thank god it didn't get my hood. I got really luckly cause she called the cops and actually came to my GF's door and told me what happend once the cop got there. She gave me her insurance and a copy of the police report so I didn't have to pay a dime. She was in a 94ish 300zx and all it did to her car was scuff up the rear bumper
. The final bill was something to the tune of $2400 bucks that her insurance had to pick up, along with my rental fee.
