Well my baby was never in an accident until yesterday. I was parked at Kwik Trip getting something to eat before i went to work and was in the store paying for my food when i heard a really loud explosion sound. I instantly just had a feeling it was my car. I ran out the door and sure as **** some dumb ******* bitch backed right into the drivers side door completely shattering the door and window and then was just gonna drive away like nothing happened, luckily i caught her before she got out the driveway. So right now its sitting in the garage and i`m waiting for the police report and insurance info from the other driver for i can get it fixed. I`ll post a link to the pics this weekend when i get more time. How much do you guys think it will be to get this fixed? I don`t have to pay for it because she was at fault but i`m just wondering.

I think she was just a ******* retard. She actually told the cop she ment to step on the break and stepped on the gas instead. I also did tell the officer that she was starting to leave when i caught her. Worst thing about it is it was her moms car and and she didn`t have any insurance info with her but she did tell the cop the car was insured so she better hope like hell it is because i don`t have the $500 to dish out to pay my deductable if she don`t i`m gonna be even more pissed off. This is the first accident ive ever been in so i didn`t know what the hell to do besides call the cops. My insurance company (Geico) told me to call the cop that investigated the accident and get the name of her insurance company, the policy holders name and policy number to get things moving faster otherwise they said it could take up to 6 weeks for them to get the police report and start making things happen. This whole situation has just made me sick to my stomach since it happened because i really love my car and work my *** off to keep it in tip top shape. I had all i could do to hold myself back from screaming at her and beating her head against her car. Oh yea and just to **** me off more the only thing wrong with her car is a busted taillight.

Oh yeah and just 2 days before all this **** happened we had all that flooding and we lost a brand new furnace that was just installed over the winter. I was actually up to my waste in water in my basement. Its just not my ******* month.

That sucks, the same thing happened to me a few weeks back. I was sitting at a light going straight and this kid in a Scion was in the turn lane to turn left. Well, I guess he didn't want to turn anymore so he backed up into my lane, and right into my driver side door.

Dang dude, ditch the Gecko, 6 weeks is total BS. We had a kid vandalize our Camaro and AAA just needed the info and the car was in the shop the next day and we did not have to worry about a thing!

That's one thing i miss about my 5.0, all the metal. Fiberglass is ewww. But I hope things start going better for you, you could have been in a much worse accident.
