yeah he's right about getting the most out of your money. but if you have the extra cash, getting a baseline number would show you how much your future mods helped once you decide its time for another tune.

When I 1st purchased my 05 GTO I was not sure if I was going to leave it stock or put some mods on it. I ended up bringing it in for a tune in stock condition and waited about a year or so before I started with mods. I gained around 20 HP just with the tune alone.

I would get a base line run with your car in stock form and then get a tune when your mods are added and see what you get.

I would have it run on the dyno as is, then once you get the intake and tb, have it tuned and see what you make. With the mods in my sig (The 02) i made 334rwhp/35Xtq i believe before the tune. Only change was the tune, and i made 351/372. My numbers are a little higher, because of the built trans, but you see the gain with just a tune.
