After 6 months or so of owning my t/a I had to trade it in. Had I not gotten screwed by the dealer I prob would be still owning it but basically I was putting wayy too much money into a car that shouldnt have needed much done major to it. I traded it in on an 04 gmc sierra z71. I liked the car but wasnt practical for my budget right now. I hope to own one later down the road although they are going to be a lot harder to find. I enjoyed it while it lasted but I need a truck too and if I can only have one I guess its gotta be the truck.

No no different dealer.... No its not more economical but I need a truck to haul things too. As far as gas the mpg will go down a lil bit but I am not using premium gas anymore and my ins dropped 35 bucks a month so that will even out.... Where to start what was wrong with it... The day after I brought it home from the dealer my rear end needed replaced... went through 2500 or so after all that was said and done and just lil things here and there that a car thats 7 yrs old with 70k miles on it has done. Headlight motor needed replaced.. It leaked. Basically I didnt know what I was getting into when I bought it. Its just a high maintence machine and I should have researched it more before I bought it. If I could have kept it and a truck so its not my DD then thats what I would have done but I needed soemthing other than a ta for a dd. Did I mention I cant get in my driveway when it snows at all too.

Sorry to hear that man. Maybe down the road you can get a F body for a summer ride. We still love you here at LS1 Tech. I'm in the process of lining up a C5Z to buy. There will always be good deals out there, just keep your eyes peeled.

got it in metropolis at Frank Farmer chevrolet. Had to put over 2k into it after days of owning it with no help from them. As for farther down the road for a summer ride it will hopefully be a corvette. Thats the dream car but couldnt afford or couldnt have a 2 seater.
