Default Holy Porsche

Probably one of the coolest swaps I've ever seen, I love the body style and who can complain about the engine? All it needs is a stronger axle!

Yeah. I hope I don't black out from the "jet" type acceleration.

Thats Clemon, very very cool cat. He even put an LS1 into a 914 if you can believe that. That 911, he has a patent on the whale-tail radiator design.

He has his own website, toy-jet.com I think.

Peace,
Craig.

Now that is some creativity. And the radiator/whale tail is pretty amazing.

Give me the balance of the original Porsche flat 6 any day. That thing would be a hand full with a heavy foot in the corners!

I've seen SBC swaps before, and a few 914s in person. Light and fast is definately a formula for fun...

Smile

Thank you all for the very kind comments.

On the video posted at toy-jet.com, if you turn up the volume on your CRT you can hear me miss a gear while shifting to forth during my HRP run in Baytown.

I have since installed special made hardened torsion bar axles that can holdup to the torque during launch. I also have changed my gear ratios where I do not need to use forth gear through the quarter mile anymore.

Thanks again.
