Spark Plug Wire Question

Default Spark Plug Wire Question

Has anyone ever seen this issue before? What could cause the effect on the attached picture?

that cylinder may be running really hot. have you checked the plug??

It is the second plug from front to back on the drivers side. I believe it is plug # 3 I removed it and it was loosely attached to the block. The firing tip has greyish white deposits and it gapped @ 0.055 ". I will place it back on the block and make sure that it is a little tighter than what it was. Should I be concerned? What do you all recommend.

i would just replace the plugs and wires, heres a good special on msd wires and ngk tr55 plugs http://www.texas-speed.com/shop/item...d=922&catid=11

What issues can you run into if a spark plug that has runned hot is not replaced?
