Why do our Ls1's have oil pressure gauges?

DSM cars suck ***. Speaking from experience. Ask any 4G63 owner about crankwalk... ugh. I wish the oil pressure gauge reading zero was the only problems those thing have.

Yea this thread is kinda funny. But yeah to get back on topic my 97 Yukon and my 06 mustand Gt had one too, also last gen escalades had them, they even had a tranny temp gauge in an escalade!!

Hmm my 88 Silverado has one also. Most vehicles I have been in has had one. Some oddballs that haven't: 88 Grand Marquis, and I think my neighbors 00 Malibu doesn't. Um that's all I remember off the top of my head.
My favorite is all the automatic equipped Dodge's running around with tachs, yet my Dad is on his second manual Ram that hasn't come with a tach.
