low power and bad idle

low power and bad idle alright, im pretty sure this is ignition related, since i have 109k with the stock plug wires and coil. whats happening is, when i let my car idle, it will start to shake slightly, as if there were single cylinder misfire, and it has thrown that code before. then when i give it some gas, it gets up extremely sluggish and after a second it will fix itself and then spin the tires. car also smells a bit like unburnt fuel, but i have no doubt that that is just unburnt fuel from the misfire. i am replacing my wires tommorow, just wondering if there was anything else i should check.
