Default Can't Find Flasher

My blinker went out, so I'm trying to replace the flasher, but I can't find the stupid thing. The book I looked at the parts store said its under the dash, to the left of the steering column...but I can't find it. Is there some panal or something I have to take off?

If you unscrew the panel under the instrument cluster, the one with the trunk button on it, then you will see it to the left of the steering column. It is the silver cylinder with a yellow stripe. If its not there, then it is sometimes tucked up underneath the far right hand side in that same panel hidden amongst the wires by your radio. I hope I explained this clearly. It's kind of enigmatic ya know?? Hope I helped.

Mine just went out in my car too. I replaced the flasher and come to find out it was the bulbs in the front lights that were out. So you may want to check that also.

Is your daytime running lights working?? If its not then that would cause that blinker not to work. My lens are dry rotted so when it rains sometimes the the bulbs blow and my blinker doesnt work.

Mine was on a clip behind the metal support going towards the center of the dash.
I looked for a few minutes before finding it as it was smaller than the flasher I picked up at VatoZone.
Also had to take off the bolt/screwed on panel underneath and the clipped in lower panel.

Mine was a combination right side marker bulb and flasher both being out.

Mine was located in the same place as Fast LS1...I replaced it awhile ago...if I remember correctly, I only saw the clip at first, the flasher unit was behind the metal support.

That is correct, you can't even really see the flasher, just the clip that's holding it on.
