Default sat 2 months, now no idle 00' T/A

went to start trans-am thats sat since early october and after finally getting it jump started it won't idle. i need to keep my foot on the gas or it surges and dies. i can set the idle with the pedal as low as 700 rpm, but as i let off from there it surges up to 1200 and back down, and when i back fully off it'll die. last time it was out i didnt have any trouble, took it for a ride for 20 some minutes and parked it. i let it run untill it got to operating temp this time, oil pressure was good and everything so i dont think it was a lifter leak-down type issue. from ice cold to operating temp nothing changed as far as it wanting to die on me.
any thoughts?

My first thought it's because of the battery voltage, just needs a few starts for the PCM to relearn the idle. Same thing happens when you reset the PCM.

OK gonna go out and restart.............this is nuts. I usually start and driver around every 2-3 weeks in the winter with no issues, this just came out of nowhere
