Default oil pressure gauge

my oil pressure gage at idle jumps around it like moves back and forth really fast anyone had this problem before

Mine started doing this recently too. I'd be interested to find out what's going on.

oil sending unit connectors might have gotten wet... or it is on the unit is on it's way out... mine has been doing that for sometime now it would sit at 40 psi while normal driving and at wot it would go down??? anywho mines at the shop right now and i'm tired of f*cking with it... tuner told me it felt like it lost the tune completely also... sooo i think f bodys and winter equal electrical problems

i had a buddy that his sending unit went out but their was no sign of it getting ready to go he said it might be the gauge sticking or somthing but im betting it is the sending unit
