A bad Crank Shaft sensor and/or bad 02(s) can cause your issues.

If you keep driving it like that you could cause a detonation and destroy your engine.
Well me and my dad just got done replacing all my plugs and wires and i test drove it about a mile and it seems like its fixed now.. I have my power back and no more stuttering. I get to drive home now (an hour away) so ill know for sure if it will start acting up again by then.

thanks for all the help and suggestions guys I'll let you all know if the plugs and wires were the culprit or not.

alright well it seems like its fixed now and that it has a good bit of more power than I originally had lol. Im so glad it was just some bad plugs and not something else.

My hands look like I tried to fondle a cougar, but it's a fair trade to get my car running again.

thanks for all the help guys, I love this site!

Put this note in your note to selfs.

When your car is sputtering the first thing you want to check is the plugs!!

so, headers, no tune, did not delete the o2's...

you've been running rich from that and i'm surprised it took that long to kill the o2's.

get some bosch vette o2's and have someone tune your car and fix the codes, while you are at it get some new plugs.

It wasn't the O2 sensors, as far as I can tell they are running pretty well. I may be running a little rich but I don't see any real difference in the engine or anything. My MPG may be just a tad worse but thats about it. A tune is on my list of to-dos though..

ah ok, yeah I will save up for a tune. How much is a tune, to just tune out the rear O2's and adjust the air/fuel?

depends on who/how/what they charge for just that. you can find someone with hptuners who knows how to tune to do it, or have a sponsor on here do a mail order tune.
