I think my SS is running like sh*t!!! Any advice?

I would say if you cleaned it and the codes still came back buy a new one. That paint chip might have damanged it. Take that thing to a reputable mechanic close by and have him scan the codes and fix the problems. You may have a wiring issue. If i understand correctly, you don't have the rear O2s so you need to get those tuned out. Good luck

I forgot to update here, but I got everything fixed. I looked under my car and my passenger side O2 extension was melted through the wires on my header. I fixed the other codes and the problem was my ENG SEN fuse was blown. Now everything is running a lot better.

throw the MAF in the nearest garbage can and have the tuner self tune the air and fuel. porting a MAF is a waste of money for the 5hp you get in return and usually leads to problems with MAF which you already face.
