Default Headlights (low Beams) not working

My low beams are not lighting up at all! The high beams are working, and the lamps are all popping up and down correctly. The headlights were replaced not even 6 months ago, and now I'm having to drive around at night with my brights on.

Anyone know what I could do to fix this? I don't have any meters to tell me what's getting power and what isn't. I keep having to replace burnt up turn signal lights too if that has anything to do with it maybe. . .

Check the headlight relay switch. (There is a relay so the full power of the headlights don't go through the switch on the dashboard.)

Is that found underneath the side panel in the dash?
