Default Car wont start!!!!

turns over great, does not fire.

checked fuel, ok
checked spark, no spark

this is a 99 TA

it started being hard to start but eventualy it woudl catch. But all the suddedn now it just wont go. Ive been fighting with it for the last 2 days, this is fucked up, its completely stock and it is suppost to be my "new reliable car".

What can cause it to not have spark?

someone gimme a list of things to check?

Thanks in advance.

The security light is not eliminated is it???? It wouldn't effect the spark, but rather the injectors. How about the SES light? If there is pcm trouble it should of thrown some kind of code.

Being able to retrieve troubles & read the data stream would help your diagnostics a ton.

there is no trouble codes associated with this. It just decided to quit out of the blue.

If you have narrowed it down to spark you could check the harness where it connects to the four coil packs on each side. The pink wires should have 12V with the ignition on. I don't think it would be the cam sensor without throwing a code.
