Default Oil bubbling out oil pan

I changed my oil pan gasket 3 weeks ago because of a leak, and I know it's a dry install gasket but I put a dolyp of red sealent on the cracks where it mates to the front/rear covers.

I now have a problem where air along with oil is bubbling out of my oil pan gasket on either side towards the rear (yes I torqued it down correctly the first time) is this possibly because of the red sealent?

Or could it be from my catch can install? Should I check the crankcase pressure? or just undo the gasket clean it up and put it back on and hope it seals better the second time?

Very possible. Remove the oil filler cap and see if it still pushes air and oil past the gasket.

sorry to change the subject, but how hard was it to change the oil pan gasket?
