wouldnt Washing a hot engine crack the aluminum? Big No no... do it after it set for a while

Like I said in your other thread...hopefully you just have a bunch of electrical stuff wet and it just needs to dry out. Also, hopefully you did not warp the entire engine and heads.

Wash the engine warm only, never hot.
