Default Service Engine light on, Pep boys code 1193, Air/fuel regulator?

I just had a new clutch installed a week ago, and I'm wondering if the guys who dropped my transmission might have jacked up my O2 sensor?

Right now my gas mileage has gone to complete **** since this light came on after I got my car back. Any ideas? I did a search on 1193 and didn't find anything useful.

Are you sure it's P1193?

it was either 1193 or 1192... I couldn't find them online either, and I'm wondering if I should just pay a dealer to get the right code...

goodbye arm/leg

If you have an auto zone or other chain that'll read them free try that first.

2nd that motion, 1193 & 1192 are not related to Chevy/Pontiac from my search. Go to Autozone and have them pull the code. Then walk into Autozone and have them look it up & give you a printout of the code.

Do not go to the stealership.

Rather than paying a dealership to run the code, why not buy something like this? I have one, it's a life-saver sometimes.

Sweet, post up the code when you get it in. Has your other problem gotten fixed?

I told my mom you're still mad at her for that, but she didn't seem to care.

Since Murph's a noob, I'll help him out with an update. P1133 A/F Sensor Circuit Response Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Can anyone verify the following info?

Bank 1 Drivers Side
Bank 2 Passengers Side
Sensor 1, Before the Catalytic Converter
Sensor 2, After the Catalytic Converter

So, if the above is true it's Drivers side Front O2 Sensor before the Catalytic Converter.
