Default Bad wiper motor??

Hey guys I recently went to colorado, and the one night it was about 30 degrees. I went out the next morning and was warming the c5 up. I turned the wipers on to get the bugs off the windshield, and they went up, and stopped. I had to push them back down. I checked the fuse and the fuse was blown, replaced it, and still nothing. The car only has 64,000 on it, and being an AZ car I hardly ever use the wipers, and its only seen snow once that ive had it, and thats 40,000 miles. Any thoughts?

Did the fuse blow again when you put the new one in? If so, could be a bad motor or it could be a short in the wiring.

Sounds like the wiper motor died, then.
